Luc Lessard , , (ING.) , , President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Luc Lessard is a mining engineer with more than 25 years of experience designing, building and operating mines. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of the Canadian Malartic Partnership (owned jointly by Agnico Eagle and Yamana), and prior to that was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction for Osisko Mining Corporation where he was responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of the world class Canadian Malartic gold mine. During his career, Mr. Lessard has worked on 11 open pit and underground mine builds and prior to Osisko, Mr. Lessard was Vice President of Engineering and Construction for IAMGOLD and General Manager, Projects for Cambior Inc. Mr. Lessard sits on the Board of Directors of the following publicly listed companies - Bowmore Exploration Ltd., Highland Copper Company Inc. and Nighthawk Gold Corp.

Hélène Cartier , , (ing., LL.B.) , , Vice president, Environment & Sustainable Development

Ms. Hélène Cartier was formerly Vice President, Environment and Sustainable Development at Osisko Mining Corporation from 2011 to 2013. Ms. Cartier has been a Director of Falco since November 2015. From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Cartier was Deputy Manager of La rue des Femmes de Montréal. Ms. Cartier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Law. She was intimately involved in the community relations aspects during the permitting, construction and development phases of the Canadian Malartic Mine.

Anthony Glavac , , , Vice President, Corporate Controller

Anthony Glavac has over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, including over 10 years in the mining industry. He most recently held the positions of Director-Financial Reporting and Internal Controls at Dynacor Gold Mines and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Alderon Iron Ore Corp. Anthony was a Senior Manager at KPMG, working with both public and private companies, providing audit, taxation, strategic advisory and public offering services. He is a member of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (Honours) from McGill University.

Christian Laroche , , ing. , , Vice President, Metallurgy

Mr. Laroche has over 16 years of experience in engineering, design and construction of mining projects. Prior to joining Osisko Mining Corporation in 2009, Mr. Laroche spent 9 years at BBA consulting engineering and participated as Project Manager on the Canadian Malartic development project. Mr. Laroche was site support engineer for the construction and commissioning of the Canadian Malartic project. Upon the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, Mr. Laroche transitioned with Yamana Gold for one year, where he served as Director Metallurgy. Mr. Laroche joined Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd as Director Metallurgy in 2015.

André Le Bel , , (LL.B., B.Sc.A.) , , Vice president, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary

André Le Bel is also Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko since February 17, 2015. From November 2007 to June 2014, Mr. Le Bel was Vice-President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Mining Corporation. Mr. Le Bel was Vice President Legal affairs with IAMGOLD Corporation from November 2006 to October 2007 and before November 2006, Mr. Le Bel was Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Cambior Inc. Mr. Le Bel is also a director and a member of the audit committee of RedQuest Capital Corp., a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is also a director of Ressources Komet inc. and Corporate Secretary of Falco Resources Ltd. He was also a director of Threegold Resources Inc. from May 2011 to June 2013.

Claude Léveillée , , (CRIA) , , Vice President, Community Relations and Human Resources

Mr. Claude Léveillée has more than 30 years experience on a national and international level in Human Resources and Community Relations. Prior to joining Falco Resources, Mr. Léveillée worked with Agnico-Eagle Mines in various capacities, most recently as Corporate Director, Human Resources - Organizational Development. Mr. Léveillée had a critical role in Agnico's policies and procedures for all local and international operations as well as the company representative and spokesperson at both regional and provincial levels.

Mr. Léveillée is a member of the Company Management Committee, which was recognized regionally and nationally as an employer of choice in the area of human resources, environment, community involvement and occupational health and safety. Winner of the "Company of the year" award for The Mercuriades competition of the Chambre de commerce du Québec in 2008 and of the Sustainable Development Award of Desjardins, given at a provincial level.

Vincent Metcalfe , , (BAA, Finance) , , Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Metcalfe is a graduate of HEC Montreal. Prior to joining Falco, he spent the past nine years assisting mining companies in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets in Toronto before moving to Desjardins Capital Markets, where he was most recently a Director in the Montreal office.

François Vézina , , P.Eng., MBA , , Vice President, Technical Services

Mr. Vézina is a Mining Engineer with over 17 years of experience in mining and has extensive experience in open pit and underground operations in Canada, Mexico and Finland. Mr. Vézina was Technical Service Manager for Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited and was responsible for overseeing the completion of the feasibility studies of LaRonde II, Pinos Altos and Kittilä. Mr. Vézina participated in the construction and commissioning of Pinos Altos as Mine Development Manager and Kittilä as Mine Operations Manager before joining the Osisko Mining Corporation and participating as Mine Manager in the construction of the Canadian Malartic Mine. He served for over 5 years as Mine Operations Manager at the Canadian Malartic mine. Mr. Vézina is a specialist in mine operation optimization and is recognized for innovative mining techniques and optimization of feasibility studies. Mr. Vézina holds a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering and a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He is a registered Engineer (Eng.) in Quebec and (P.Eng.) in Ontatio.

Claude Bernier , , , Exploration Manager, Horne 5

Mr. Bernier is a geological engineer, graduate from Université Laval and holds a vast experience in the management of exploration projects. Prior to joining Falco Resources, Mr. Bernier held, among others, the position of Project Manager, exploration for Iamgold, Westwood division from 2003 to 2013. Mr. Bernier is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.

Sylvain Doire , , , Environmental Manager

Mr. Doire is a graduate of the CEGEP de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue in mineral technology and holds a Certificate in Management and Administration from the Université du Québec. Working in exploration for various mining companies throughout the 90s, Mr. Doire has focused on the environmental aspect and obtained a position at the Ministère de l’Environnement du Québec in 1999. Back in the industry in 2008, Mr. Doire acquired a solid experience with Agnico Eagle and Matamec, where he contributed, among other things, to feasibility studies, environmental studies and permitting.
