Position: President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Trent Mell is a senior mining executive with extensive international transactional experience. He has been involved in over 100 transactions, ranging in size from a few million to over ten billion dollars. He has worked in various capacities with both small and large companies at all stages of the mining lifecycle, from exploration through to feasibility stage, permitting, development and production. Trained as a corporate and securities lawyer, Mr. Mell worked for one of Canada's most reputable law firms doing M&A and corporate finance work. He left private practice to join the mining industry and has previously worked with Barrick Gold, AuRico Gold, North American Palladium and Sherritt International.

Position: Chief Financial Officer, Director
Over 30 years experience starting with Deloite and Touche. Mr. Davidson is a co-founder of Falco Pacific and was the CFO until April 2014. He is former CFO of Athabasca Potash which was acquired by BHP Billiton. He also held a number of senior project accounting positions with Weyerhaeuser Company in the U.S and Canada.

Position: V.P. Exploration, Director
As a co-founder of Falco Pacific, Dr. Byron was appointed Vice President of Exploration for Falco Pacific in September 2012 and brings over 26 years of domestic and international experience in research, field work, and senior management in gold, base metal, magmatic nickel and PGE, REE's and uranium, diamond, and gemstone exploration, spanning employment within the mineral exploration industry, government and educational institutions. He was former V.P. Exploration for Lake Shore Gold and Auora Platinum, and was instrumental in advancing both companies through to resource milestones and the sale of Aurora to FNX Mining.
|Stéphane Poitras (B.Sc., Geo.)|
Position: Senior Project Geologist
Mr. Stéphane Poitras, has a B. Sc. in geology from Laval University in Quebec, and began his career in the resource sector as a geologist and consultant for several junior mining companies. Prior to joining Falco Pacific, he was a project geologist for QMX Gold Corporation (formerly, Alexis Minerals). From 2007 to 2010 Mr. Poitras worked as a research agent for the Research Unit and Service in Mineral Technology at the University of Quebec. Previous to that he was a project geologist for SOQUEM.

Position: Community Relations Representative
Mr. Claude Léveillée has more than 30 years experience on a national and international level in Human Resources and Community Relations. Prior to joining Falco Pacific, Mr. Léveillée worked with Agnico-Eagle Mines in various capacities, most recently as Corporate Director, Human Resources - Organizational Development. Mr. Léveillée had a critical role in Agnico's policies and procedures for all local and international operations as well as the company representative and spokesperson at both regional and provincial levels.
Mr. Léveillée is a member of the Company Management Committee, which was recognized regionally and nationally as an employer of choice in the area of human resources, environment, community involvement and occupational health and safety. Winner of the "Company of the year" award for The Mercuriades competition of the Chambre de commerce du Québec in 2008 and of the Sustainable Development Award of Desjardins, given at a provincial level.
Position: Senior Vice President of Business Development
Brings 16 years of corporate development and public market expertise. Spent eight years with ID Biomedical which was sold to GlaxoSmithKline for $1.7 Billion.
