VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – June 11, 2013) –

Falco Pacific Resource Group Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:FPC) is pleased to announce that in order to satisfy additional demand it has increased the size of its private placement financing to up to 6,800,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.25 per unit (“Unit”) for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,700,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant in the Company. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.45 per common share for a period of 18 months from the closing of the private placement, subject to an acceleration clause.

The Offering is scheduled to close on our about June 14, 2013. Closing of the Offering is subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, including the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
